Our goal is to properly train you in the real art of Muay Thai. You will see and feel the difference...as many others have already.

We train you as a fighter...whether you want to fight or not. Muay Thai is a fighting art and in order to teach it to you properly, we train you as a fighter.

You are not being taught kickboxing or someone who has no idea what they are doing and just telling you to punch and kick a bag. It's not taught by an aerobic instructors. But with trainers with Real Muay Thai experience.

We have trained professional fighter's from the Pride, UFC, WEC, K-1, IFL, King of the Cage...and many, many more!

We also train people from all different walks of life. From law enforcement, military, doctors, lawyers, professional atheletes, and the average person that just wants to train and feel good about themselves

We train you just like in Thailand. We will teach you what the Thai Trainers don't want you to know.

OC Muay Thai's move to Affliction's Training Center

Thank you for being very patient with me as I revamp our site. It's been a whirl wind of change going on here at the gym.

As some already know yes we have moved to a new location. We are now located in the city of Seal Beach Ca.

And we have moved inside Affliction's Training Center.

Everyday I will be posting more news and pictures of what's going on here...

It's a ride of a life time :)
